Tootie

Tootie is Vicky's little sister. However she has nothing to do with her. She is creepy and all that, but she is not mean or cruel. She even help other people, when they have troubles with her sister, though she can't do much against a monster like Vicky.

Tootie is Vicky's favorite victim after Timmy, and the principal problem is they live in the same house! Yuck! Poor Tootie. So when she is not torturing Timmy at his home, she is torturing Tootie at her own house. Tootie has even a worst life than Timmy, I still don't know why she has no fairly oddparents yet...

Tootie's love and only joy is Timmy. Or in other words, she is completely obsessed with Timmy. All her Room is decorated with Timmy's pictures and his-face-shaped things. Often Timmy is chased by her. He seems to hate it, but sometimes Tootie encourage Timmy to do things other people tell him he can't. So In my personal opinion they make a cute couple.

*Spoiler* At the end of Channel Chasers we can see Timmy's son and daughter: Tammy and Tommy. We never see the mother, but both of them look pretty similar to Tootie and Timmy convined. So there are good chances that they get married one day.
