What's a fanlisting?
A fanlisting is a web clique that lists fans of a particular subject. Unlike
most web cliques, a person does not need a web site in order to join. Fans from
around the world submit their information to their approved fanlisting and they
are then listed to show their love for the subject.

Who are Yuuko and Clow?
They're characters that appear in several manga series by CLAMP, specifically XXXholic and Tsubasa RESERvoir CHRoNiCLE (Clow first appeared in Cardcaptor Sakura; Yuuko is not in it, although she makes references to it in XXXholic).
In the Cardcaptor Sakura verse/timeline, Clow Reed is an extremely powerful magician, and he is the person responsible for absolutely everything that happens throughout the entire story. He lived decades (possibly centuries? who knows?) before Sakura's time (Sakura can be assumed to be more or less contemporary to our time). He created the Clow Cards and the guardians Yue and Kerberos. He also had the ability to see the future; and it was this which made him grow weary and resulted in him choosing to end his life (he claimed to have too much power for one person). Before his death, he set in motion events that would come to fruition years later when Sakura found the Clow Cards and the guardians awoke again. In other words, in addition to powerful, Clow Reed was a master manipulator, able to foresee and shape events that wouldn't happen for years yet (Eriol said that the only things Clow wasn't able to foresee were who Sakura and Yukito would come to love).
Yuuko, one of the two main characters of XXXholic, is a witch living in what is apparently modern Tokyo. She owns a shop where she grants people's wishes... for a price of course, and not always in the manner they expect. It can be safely said that she manipulated and tricked Watanuki (the main character) into working for her as part of the payment for granting his wish... and is certainly taking her sweet time going about granting it, and getting a lot of amusement at Watanuki's expense as she does it. Like Clow, she is also extremely powerful. Tsubasa's Yukito (who is a powerful priest in THAT series) calls her "the Dimension Witch" and sends Syaoran and Sakura to her because she's the only one powerful enough to enable them to travel to different worlds.
Their relationship
The thing about the CLAMP manga universes is that they've always been really fond of crossing their characters over in as many series as they can get away with. So. Yuuko reveals to Syaoran early in XXXholic that she knew (or knows, as the case could well turn out to be) Clow Reed. As it turns out, she and Clow collaborated to create Mokona and Modoki, because Clow knew that his descendant (or rather an alternate universe incarnation) would eventually have need of them and come to Yuuko for help.
Quite aside from the how and why they met, when Yuuko talks about Clow she describes him as an infuriating man, her face taking on an almost twitchy expression as she does so. One must inevitably come to the conclusion that two incredibly powerful magicians, used to manipulating events and people to their liking, would most likely find each other's company more than a bit trying...
...While probably finding it to be equally fascinating.
